The Cyber Innovation Hub, Founder of the Neurodiversity in Cyber Network is excited to invite you take part in our neurodivergence and the HR lifecycle workshop, taking place in Cardiff on June 20^th, 2024.

 

We are looking for employers at come and talk to us about neurodivergence: the barriers, challenges and best practice in your organisations when recruiting for Cyber roles.

The session will run on June 20^th, from 9am to 4pm, lunch will be provided.

Car parking is available and the Sbarc building is easily accessed by bus and train.

9am: Welcome & Introductions: Networking session

A member of the Neurodiversity in Cyber Network will escort you to the workshop space on the third floor.

 

10am: Welcome: Goals and outcomes of the workshop

10.10am: Session 1:  Recruitment

11.15am: Break

11.30am: Session 2: Onboarding & Offboarding

1pm: Lunch break (Buffet lunch will be provided)

1.30pm: Session 3: Staff Development

2.30pm: Break

2.45pm: Session 4: Staff Retention

4pm: Workshop end

 

This session will focus on the HR lifecycle from attracting talent to offboarding and we are looking for contributions from those working in all Cyber roles, HR, Inclusion, training & development, hiring managers and small/micro cyber business owners/founders.
