Introduction 

London Tech Week 2025 (9th – 13th June) is the UK’s largest and most influential tech event. As a global celebration of tech, it unites the most innovative thinkers and talent of tomorrow in a week-long festival with over 45,000 attendees at last year’s main event at Kensington Olympia.   

Complementing the official London Tech Week programme, the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) is curating a programme of events to showcase the strengths of UK tech.

DBT’s UK Tech Showcase at London Tech Week 2025 provides an opportunity for UK tech companies, with market-ready products or services, to engage with potential customers, partners and investors from the UK and around the world.  

We’re looking for the UK’s best and brightest tech companies with the ambition to grow their business through export and international collaboration. Applications are sought from companies with novel and innovative solutions in AI, future telecoms, cyber security, quantum and semiconductors.

There is no charge for inclusion in the showcase, however companies are required to fund their own travel, accommodation and any related costs.

We particularly welcome applications from: 

• Small to medium-size companies (fewer than 250 staff and less than or equal to £44m in annual turnover or a balance sheet total of less than or equal to £38m).

• Interested in exporting.  

• Led by disabled, ethnic minority, or female founders. 

• Based outside London & the South East.
