Welsh Government would like to share an opportunity to join a UK trade delegation to attend the main Cyber conference in the Netherlands – the ONE Conference. 

The ONE Conference takes place in the Hague from 30 Sept – 1 Oct 2025.  It’s probably the most significant event in the calendar year that brings together all of the Dutch cyber community in one place (including public sector bodies) as well as delegates from other nations.  It’s typically over-subscribed and invite only.  There’s about 10 spots available to join as part of the UK delegation.  1-1 meetings would need to be set up by companies themselves but being part of the UK delegation should also help to facilitate a few connections.  I understand cost to attend the actual event is free, so main costs to cover would be travel and accommodation.  We are expecting NCA and NCSC reps to also join as part of the wider UK delegation. 

In addition, for interested companies, there’s an opportunity to apply to join a pitching event targeted at Dutch public sector CISOs.  You need to have a ticket to the ONE conference in order to participate.  Whilst there is an option to register for an invite via the ONE conference website, I would recommend that companies that are interested in this opportunity first contact Richard Steedman (the defence/security lead at the UK embassy in the Netherlands) to express interest in joining the UK delegation. 

Providing you are accepted on to the delegation, this will guarantee you a ticket to the ONE Conference.
