Our first meeting of 2022 for women working, or hoping to work, in the cyber industry

About this event

Women in Cyber Wales is part of the Cyber Wales Group. The meetings provide a valuable way for women working, or hoping to work, in the cyber industry to meet and support each other.

We're starting the year with a bang. Deborah Haworth will be joining us along with Dhipa Lee, and there will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.

Deborah has more than twenty years' experience as an information security professional across multiple industries, and has been at the sharp end of changing attitudes to this discipline.

With a gift for cutting through and telling it how it is, she is known for motivational leadership.

Deborah is an ISACA Certified Information Security Manager, Fellow of the British Computer Society and Chartered IT Professional specialising in security GRC (governance, risk and compliance) with extensive experience in crisis management and complex problem solving.

Dhipa is an Award-winning Author, Founder of 'Women in IT' and Director of her own IT Consultancy specialising in Cyber Security Programmes . She has over 22 years of experience consulting for leading Financial Institutions and FTSE 100 companies in the UK and Globally.

Dhipa has delivered solutions that have enabled organisations to implement effective IT and Cyber strategies that are in alignment with their business goals. She has a proven track record for working successfully with global teams in delivering some of the most complex technologies and in the most challenging environments.

Today she continues to deliver best of breed Cyber Security capabilities that are in alignment with industry best practices.
